Fuel Switch
Briquette fired Boiler , 14 TPH, Forbes Marshall make has been finalized over FO/LNG fired boilers. Payback – 1 year. Additional advantage – use of Green eco friendly fuel.
Environment Protection
Dg sets rooms, 3 nos consist of 12 nos Dgsets ranging 750 kva to 1250 kva were converted into Acoustic rooms, Cummins make with less 75 db sound level.
Use of Energy Efficient Motors
were identified & replaced ranging from 50 HP to 120 HP. Payback 1 year.
Flexibility & Optimization
6 nos x 1250 kva & 2 nos x 1250 kva Dgsets, Cummins make were synchronized to achieve good load factor, Unit-Fuel ratio & standby power availability.
